Advice on red pimples and acne scars

Honestly I’m just kind of confused because a year ago I had really clear skin and now I’m always breaking out.. I try to take care of it and I thought I had a good routine but am I mixing too many things?
Any advice is appreciated!! As you can tell, I pick at my face a lot which also causes redness
SKIN CARE ROUTINE: In the morning I use the la roche posay effaclar cleanser with salicylic acid, a moisturizer for oily skin, vitamin c serum and sunscreen.
At night, I use the same cleanser with retinol and the same moisturizer. Once a week I use the BHA peel from ordinary, I don’t use the retinol on that night. Sometimes, I use hydrocolloid patches.
I don’t wear makeup that often either.

Acne can come from many things, things we come in contact with, things we are consuming, hormonal issues, etc. it could be as simple as needing to change your pillowcases and sheets more often, soaps or lotions or creams that you’re using, the makeup that you’re using, the products you’re applying to make up with, Are you taking any supplements, birth control, sometimes it can be a supplement like biotin that breaks out your skin, sometimes it’s gluten or soy or caramel coloring or any number of other triggers you may have. You’re gonna have to figure it out, I would strongly recommend visiting a dermatologist or an allergist to figure out if you’re having a reaction to something, it could be dairy, it could be a number of things like I said.

You need a prescription from a doctor for an antibacterial lotion like clindamycin. I highly recommend seeing a dermatologist. ￼ In the meantime, try switching to a 10% benzoyl peroxide cleanser like PanOxyl. ￼

The whole set and it’s called Clinique acne solutions and Flo vitamins pms capsules cured my need for birth control for every reason including acne. I no have minor breakouts with this treatment. It’s great for sensitive skin but make sure to put moisture surge from Clinique on last after doing the 3 step solutions. I could not find the whole set to recommend in a picture except their clarifying lotion which is a part of the treatment. I hope this helps! I had severe acne for over a decade all into my early thirties I know this could help you! Now my face is mostly clear and only breaks out slightly on my period
