When do you transition your baby from bassinet to crib at what age?

Started using the crib from the day we came home from the hospital.

When they outgrow the bassinet. Your bassinet manual will tell you when they're too big. For example, mine says to stop using the bassinet when baby is 20lbs or can push up to their hands and knees, which for us, happened around 5 months.
