Weight loss journey hit pause? HELP

Hello all,

So I started taking my health more seriously about 2 years ago. At the start I was 210lbs and last year I dropped to 155lbs and felt great. I started the combination pill at the end of last year and noticed that this whole year I've struggled with my weight. I gained and have been fluctuating between 165-170lbs. I have been diligent about working out and doing both weights and cardio. Recently I have been doing a variety of cardio machines and pushing with more resistance and faster speeds. I'm mindful of what and when I eat. For example eating more protein and fiber followed by 1 small portion of carbs and minimizing fats. I don't really eat desserts or snacks. I've tried intermediate fasting and it worked at first but not so much now. I feel like I can't slack off in the slightest or indulge in anything even with strict moderation or I'll gain another 5lbs. It's really scary and frustrating that the progress I've made can be lost even though I'm trying harder than ever to lose weight.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions?
