Chemical Pregnancy after Tubal

I had a tubal ligation (fimbriectomy method) 5 years ago after my second child and I’ve regretted it ever since. Well I was feeling some pregnancy symptoms and my period was late so I tested for over 3 days all of which yielded a faint positive. (See pic of last and darkest test which was definitely darker in person and on video). I was getting really excited then started spotting and then heavily bleed by then end of the day. Has anyone else experienced this after a tubal and became pregnant with a viable pregnancy after? Thanks!
