Vraylar/Lamictal/Effexor

I stopped taking Effexor because it didn't work for me and had bad side effects. When I would take it late and when I was coming off of it, it made me feel dizzy and out of it. I also lost sensitivity in my vulva and vagina, primarily in my clit. I now can't feel any pleasure and have extremely low libido.

I changed to Vraylar and Lamictal but I'm still crying all the time and am depressed. I feel like it's not doing it's full job. Hoping my sensitivity comes back now that my medicine is changed. I just started Estrogen vaginal cream for it.

What are your thoughts on these medications?
