OK so I’m seeing a lot of back-and-forth and TTC groups and so I need help figuring out what my cycle day one is. So I got my period or the start of it yesterday at about three-ish in the afternoon. But what I’ve been reading is that it’s only counted as cycle day one if you wake up with a period so you have a “full day of flow”. So obviously I woke up today and I am bleeding heavily fresh red blood. So is today my cycle day one or yesterday my cycle day one?
