BREASTFEEDING moms when did you start O again
If you EXCLUSIVELY BREASTFED, when did you start ovulating or getting real periods again??? I’m 5 months pp not ovulating but I thought I got my period back. Exclusively breastfeeding my bub. I know it can delay ovulation. I want another baby, planned on tracking cycles BEFORE we started trying again in a few months to get an idea of what my cycle was like now.
