Any recommendations for fertility?

Hi all so I'm trying to get pregnant after a miscarriage. It's been 6 months now . I did my basic work up just the blood work and ultrasound at a fertility clinic everything was ok on that . I just need to do a saline sonogram. But my question is . Is there any recommendations to help boost fertility I am 35 . And same for my husband he hasn't done a work up yet but will . Is coq10 supplement good for male and female?

There’s really no supplement to 100% boost fertility. But CoQ10 is a great for egg quality so it can’t hurt!

The best thing my doctor always says (besides invitro and other methods) is to eat healthy, whole grains, veggies, fruits, manage stress, exercise lightly, drink a lot of water to produce a lot of CM, get 8 hours of sleep every night, have sex every other day in the fertile period (or all month if you don’t know your cycle). I also found that laying down after sex for at least 15 minutes seems to help me get pregnant faster. I hope this helps ♥️

I have Pcos and I used that vitamin and vitamin d and another I found specific for regulation of hormones and periods , took that from July when I found out about the Pcos and September I got my positive.
