Morning anxiety
Hi all! I hope someone answers I’m in real need of advice.
My boyfriend for the past two years has been going through horrific anxiety. This stemmed from a traumatic event due to his father and caused him to throw up for months straight, several times a day. Over time he went on medication and has a therapist so those symptoms subsided but now here and then (lately a lot) he is having horrible morning anxiety, and he doesn’t know why. Like no clue why his body is feeling this way. He will be really nauseous and then either have to throw up or have an upset stomach. It’s so sad to watch, is there anything or anyone that has any advice? Please, anything would be helpful, it’s so sad watching and feeling helpless.
