Charley Horses?

Anyone else experiencing charley horses in their upper thigh/groin area? 38 weeks tomorrow and between the charley horses, lightning crotch, pelvic pressure and back pain it’s been a time for me lol! Anyone else? Should I try to up my water intake to help with the charley horses? It’s so crazy I experienced none of these symptoms with my first daughter so it’s almost scaring me with all these different things I’m feeling this time around. Just wondering if anyone else is getting as miserable as me lol 😭

I’ve been getting them in my calves at night through the 3rd trimester. A few nights ago I got one in my upper hamstring/near my butt - it was crazy and weird. Never had one there before!
Definitely stay hydrated. I know when I get them it’s because I didn’t drink enough water the day before.  
I’ve also added a magnesium supplement and occasionally will eat a banana right before bed which helps too.

Contractions with my first baby felt like Charlie horses in my upper thighs. Not saying that it what yours are - I also get a lot of calf/foot cramps every day. Just saying if you start getting a ton of them they might actually be contractions.

From my experience, hydration, stretches, and magnesium can all be helpful preventatives.
