Goodmorning

I have a question. I just had a d&c done Friday due to a blated ovum. After the surgery I had very light bleeding nothing major. Today I woke up and used the bathroom wiped clean , like i said i wasnt bleeding much anyways. Literally sat down and got back up 5mins later and blood is down my legs??? My periods are heavy like that but would my period start that fast? Idk I just thought it would be a few weeks before a period
