My 10 month old won’t sleep more than two hour stretches of a night

I feel like I’m starting to lose my mind. My son used to do 8+hours straight but around 5 months he wouldn’t do more than 3 hours. No matter what I do it’s just not getting better and I’m becoming extremely depressed and exhausted. We have a bed time routine, naps are good and I’ve trie d having a nap routine or just following his cues. He doesn’t nurse to sleep anymore as I tried to stop it to see if that would help but it didn’t. The only way I can get him to sleep is in the pram

Im considering just switching to formula to see if that would help.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Don’t suggest cry it out as I couldn’t handle that.
