Help please? Nsfw

So I noticed that I become itchy after switching different textured underwear’s and/or using different/new soaps or excessive amounts of soap down there… I’m not sure what this may be caused by but I get itchiness quite frequently down there after sometime… and not sure if it’s thrush (yeast infection) ? I also noticed my panties gotten wet as if I peed myself (no I wasn’t h*rny, this was after I itched) … I’m not sure what this is? It wasn’t thick at all just clear wetness as if I peed myself. Any help please?
