sick before period?
is it normal to feel sick before your period starts. i’m supposed to start in 3 days and today i’ve had upper stomach pain and i get nauseous from time to time. then again it was thanksgiving and could be from all the food i ate but it’s rare for me to feel like this. i also have heat flashes (which i know are normal in periods) but still curious on wether feeling sick is because my period is abt to start or i might be catching something.
