Reasons why I'm throwing up in the night?

10 weeks pregnant today! I've had mild sickness with this baby so far. 
Although recently I'm waking up at night puking really bad! Why on earth would my sickness be this bad at night?!!! 
I wake up at like 3:00 feeling mega sick running to the toilet puking in my hands .. happens all the time at night now wtf?!!

It may possibly be Acid Reflux. This happened to me when I would lay down. I would have to try to lay on my left side and put a lot of pillows under my shoulders to prop me up. It didn’t always work. I talked to my doctor and I take Pepcid 2x a day to help with acid reflux. I’m 24 weeks and 6 days and I have had amazing relief.

Morning sickness isn’t exclusive to morning

Could be acid reflux or your stomach getting too empty. You could try putting a few snacks by your bed like crackers or Cheerios just to have something in your stomach in the middle of the night

I get nauseous the first few hours after i take my prenatal vitamins. Do you take them at night?

“Morning” sickness is a misnomer. It can happen at any time, and it’s not unusual for sickness to happen around the same time every day.
