VBAC experience?

Hi ladies.
 I had my first son via emergency section due to preeclampsia July 2021. I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and am hoping (if all goes well and preeclampsia is at bay) to have successful VBAC. 
Just looking for any stories/experiences you had and if it was successful, and why or why not.

My first was an emergency c section. Went on to have four more vaginal non medicated births. So glad I did a vaginal birth. For me I felt so much better faster. Was up and walking/ showering within the hour.

I don’t have an experience to share, but the #1 factor in achieving a VBAC is going to be a supportive provider. You can ask what a provider’s VBAC success rate is when you interview them. If you’re in the US, midwives are going to have the highest VBAC success rates, lowest c section rates, and lowest induction rates.
