So I’m wondering if anyone has been through something similar or can just give me some advice!

Last week I started with slight pains on my right side near the rib area. It progressively got worse and worse so I rung the midwife on Sunday and went in for checks. Everything came back normal apart from a slight infection. I was given anti biotics and codeine for the pain. However it seems to be intensifying! My husband is having to help me walk and I’m crying In agony I’ve honestly never felt pain like it even codeine isnt helping at all. I’m starting to get worried there’s more to it. should I push for more tests or trust the midwives that it’s just the infection? Thanks in advance!
