Those who partake in this fun activity if you have multiple children do you have one elf or an individual elf for each kid?

We are just starting, and will honestly be starting late. We are starting this weekend because my boys are going to stay with their aunt this weekend so it'll be a welcome home surprise.

But now I'm questioning if I should have ordered two instead of one 🤔
