Rotating/Swivel Car Seats WARNING

I just came across this post on Facebook that's being shared by a parent to warn of the possible dangers of the rotating/swivel safety seats and wanted to share with anyone thinking of purchasing one. I personally have decided against one now that I've seen this. I am not able to find any other stories online of similar scenarios but this was enough for me to not trust these seats.
