💊💉 Progesterone users: if you have taken progesterone to balance your hormones during your leuteal phase, When did you start taking it?
I have a short luteal  phase and my doctor prescribed progesterone for me. I have tried taking it the day of ovulation and throughout my two week wait and it did successfully lengthen my luteal phase. However I’m considering taking it a few days before ovulating I think it may increase my chances of conceiving. What are your thoughts?
The last two cycles have been 24 days. And I have ovulated on cycle day 13. I am currently on cycle day 10. And I’m considering taking the progesterone now and throughout the two week wait.
