Need advice

My 3 week old has been in the picu since last night, and will be here for a few days. I'm staying with him because he breastfeeds.

I have 3 other kids at home ages 7, 5 1/2 and 3 1/2. I miss them so much I can't stop crying and they are not allowed up here.

They want to video call me but I can't stop crying to do that and I don't want them to see me like this. I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm failing them by not talking to them
