Need help please

My husband decided to feel like he doesn’t want to be with me as soon as i left the US to go see my family overseas. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant n overseas rn and he just think he can just tell me that i should stay there etc while he still lives his life like nothing. He never told me that when i was there so this really caught me by surprise. But i wanted to know if anybody has been in this situation n if he can really just do it like that because if i knew before coming it would’ve been a different story. Does anybody knows about pro bono lawyer or law cost lawyers in NY that could help me? I literally just had gotten permission to work not too long ago either so i don’t have money or a place to stay.
