I have vaginal pressure. Or that’s what it feels like and i’m 13+4. Google says it’s one of the reason of second trimester miscarriage. got very anxious. don’t have any other symptoms unless this pressure and some amdominal pain time to time

I had this awful feeling of vaginal/cervical pressure at 13/14 weeks and freaked out, especially as my mum had an incompetent cervix in all her pregnancies. Got checked out and the doctor said it was just discomfort as my uterus is getting heavy. Nearly 20 weeks now and everything is fine. Just keep a close eye out for any bleeding, or signs your mucus plug is coming out. If you’re really worried, you can get a cervical length check ultrasound (though if you’re in the UK like me you’ll probably have to pay privately for this)

You will pressure constantly throughout pregnancy. It's normal. But if your concerned I would ask your OB
