Have you ever been misdiagnosed a miscarriage is coming but it wasn’t?

My doctor was confident I’m going to miscarry

All we saw at my 9 week ultrasound was a yolk sack. We are assuming I was 9 weeks. I got pregnant after a miscarriage, so I never got a period. So not quite sure how far along I was exactly. I preg tested Nov 20 not even thinking I was pregnant and to my surprise I was, I got a dye stealer. We had sex Oct 19, that was the only day and it got me pregnant (my hcg from prior pregnancy was back to 0 so it was for sure a new pregnancy).

I’m not bleeding or spotting yet and it’s been about a week since he told me the miscarriage is coming

Im being realistic, I’m sure it is a miscarriage coming, but I didn’t wanna take meds to get the mc started in case there was a miracle and everything actually is ok and I was not as far along as I thought. I’ve had a history of losses and I’ve never gotten this far along without some bleeding if the pregnancy did lead to a miscarriage

Does it sound possible I’m not as far along as I thought considering the above?

Has anyone been told a miscarriage is coming and it turned out to be wrong?
