itchy belly with bumps?

anyone got puppps rash in second trimester? I had it with my first pregnancy but only for a day or two before I delivered.. I know you normally get it in third trimester but my belly has been extremely itchy and i’m starting to get bumps inside of my stretch marks.. I called the on call nurse last night and she told me what to apply to try to relieve the itching but i’m worries it could possibly be something else and considering i’m still really early in my pregnancy and have ways to go (23 weeks) anyone else dealt with this?
