Round ligament pain?

I just sat up after slouching in this rocking recliner and it was like I was doing a sit-up. My lower abdomen had hurt now I’m having little cramps in that area. 7w6d w my first.. was it round ligament pain or did I hurt my baby? Also, does doing that hurt my little bean in any way?

I don’t know if it is considered round ligament pain but I’m 19+2 and this happens to me all the time after I get up from a well adjusted position. We have to remember our uterus is a muscle and just like any other muscle, once it gets settled and you move it suddenly a cramp can happen. I guarantee you it hurts you more than baby, who is surrounded by amniotic fluid and is very well cushioned
