Can someone tell me on average, what their 2yr old eats in a day?

I’m concerned my 2 year old simply doesn’t eat enough. His pediatrician recommended meal replacement drinks like Pediasure but he doesn’t like them and won’t drink them either.

He typically eats a pancake in the morning, maybe some fruit.

Usually does not want anything for lunch. Will have a snack like pretzels or Goldfish.

Eats a few bites of whatever dinner is. Maybe 2 chicken nuggets, a piece of broccoli, some fruit.

And that’s honestly it other than almond milk. He’s not underweight. He’s not missing milestones. But it’s hard to imagine that’s enough.

@Allison- just a cup of almond milk with breakfast.
