Is 96.62 F hypothermia?

Should I go to the ER? Slept with very short sleeved clothes and woke up cold and the bed freezing then checked my temperature which showed 96.62 F and the normal range is a little higher than that. Now I can’t help but think I harmed my baby in some way. Am I overthinking?

No that’s not hypothermia. You’ll be just fine and so will baby. If 98.7 is the average, you’re only 2 degrees down and it shouldn’t impact your body in a negative way.

97.0 is my resting body temp when I wake up totally comfortable. You are fine. Being a bit chilly for a little bit is not going to hurt your baby. I just took my dogs on a walk in 10 degree weather and froze my butt off for 20 minutes while 7 months pregnant. Baby is happy and moving all around in there lol
