Fevers?

My 6 month old has a fever it’s not very high but I knew something was off because she started pooping more the last 2 days. She doesn’t have any symptoms tho..maybe a small cough but babies cough sometimes…I can’t find any teeth and she is still happy and smiling..

I tried to give her Tylenol but she spit it out no matter the technique. The nipple an syringe almost worked but the Tylenol was to thick to pull through a size 3 nipple..

Show I try the Tylenol suppositories or just take her to the hospital?
