Are these something to be weird about?

Before anybody says anything.. yes I know to ask a doctor. This urine sample was taken on the 12th and for some reason I’m just now seeing them on my hospital app mainly because it said I had a “new statement” I will say I took the glucose test and my first one came back abnormal and then I went to take the 2nd one (3hour one) and threw up within a hour after drinking it and then they did some kind of blood work to make sure I didn’t have gestational diabetes but didn’t get a call back so I assume I don’t? And yes I do ask questions with my doctor.. just trying to ease my mind.
