Good car?

I have two babies. Buying a car for the first time. Is a Hyundai compact suv good for beginner car?

That depends on so much.
How much do you drive? How far? How old are your babies? Will there be more babies in the future? What do you need to bring when you go out with the babies?

Yeah was gonna come here to say look at a RAV4 if that's the size class you want. Way more reliable car in the long run generally speaking. Decent size in the back, leg room enough for my tall arse kids. Hah.  I own a Fusion (sedan) and my husband got the rav4 last winter and it's a decent car, though I consider most everything in that car class "ugly". But that's not the important thing.

I believe I test drove that one, and ended up choosing a Toyota RAV4 instead. They were very similar in price at the time and the RAV4 drove a lot nicer. That was several years ago so not sure how the newer models compare.

Hyundai makes great cars! Idk anything about that type specifically, but I would focus on trunk specs honestly. My vehicle has really bad trunk space. I’d look into a double stroller if you want one or measure what you have to make sure it would fit, mine doesn’t. 
I have a Ford Ecosport which is a little bit of a tight squeeze in regards to my toddlers rear facing seat, but it fits safely. So you could compare the dimensions of both of those options and see how that would work :)

Im not familiar with it, but if you have rear facing carseats, in my experience shopping for cars, check the rear floor space. That is the space between the rear seat and the driver/passenger front seats, and compare to your carseats. Some of the smaller SUVs had no more room than a sedan, and some, even less room. If you have carseats that fit a sedan or your kids are front facing at this point, then it should be fine.
