Fertility help in the uk - where to start?

We have been trying for 8 months and had a miscarriage and now going through a chemical. Gp has completed blood work and a progesterone check the cycle before this chemical and said I had borderline low progesterone - but did nothing to help.

They are not responding to me when I have said I am pregnant and want things to be checked since I had low progesterone, I am now losing it as tests have gone very faint and I am spotting. I would only be 4.5 weeks. They are not getting in contact with me. Where do I start to get help? Do I go private, how do I do that?

We have a 2 year old already, we have been struggling this year and I can’t keep doing this with 0 support.
