Pregnant but spotting and cramping HELP!!!

So here’s my story on December 3 I got my first positive pregnancy test and every since then my test have progressively gotten darker. This Monday, December 19 I went in to have a transvaginal ultrasound to check on baby I seen the baby the heart rate the sac everything looked great. Later in the evening, I was at home and I saw a gash of fluid come out. It was light, pink and color, and I just chalked it up to have an transvaginal ultrasound. The next morning I woke up went to the restroom and I had light spotting that was red in color. Today is day three of spotting. I am cramping more like period cramps they’re not horrible but I know they’re there and they’re just getting annoying. I’ve also been continuing testing and today I took another test with a very late urine and it is the most positive test I’ve had since I would also like to add that I have blood drawn on Monday and I got my results back yesterday and they were 686. I’m not sure what that number means but I will get another result back either Friday or Monday but I am hoping and wondering that’s all you ladies have experience this and can tell me what is going.
