My new boyfriend has some gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. Today we went to chipotle and he asked them for cilantro free rice. I was so embarrassed and told him he’s being unreasonable. He told me he asks this all the time and that others do too, he said that they have some readily available in the back for people who hate cilantro. I told him he’s acting like a male Karen and if he goes through with making them get him special rice that I don’t want to continue to see each other. I also told him I don’t like to date picky eaters and how annoying they can be. This argument happened in the chipotle order line. He basically got his food and dropped me back off at home saying he isn’t interested in pursuing a relationship any further. He did pay for my food so I kinda feel bad. He is a gentleman. Was I wrong?
