Advice needed

Hi everyone,I recently tested positive and I had my first obgyn appointment. Based on my last period it would have put me at almost 7 weeks but based on her ultrasound I was 5weeks and 2 days.I was then immediately sent to do a transvaginal ultrasound to immediately rule out etopic pregnancy and the only thing discovered was a cyst on my left ovary. No gestational sac shown. That was two days ago .I decided to take another test and the line is much darker .has anyone ever dealt with such a situation?
