Period every 2 weeks?

Anyone else struggling with bleeding?

So my postpartum bleeding lasted up until week 3. Then at week 4 I started bleeding again. It was the deep red, blood clots, and cramping. I was convinced it was my period. I posted about it on here but was told it was impossible since I haven’t ovulated. It lasted 5 days. Then two weeks later (6 weeks postpartum) I started bleeding again!!! And again it is identical to my period, lasted 5 days. I even had my postpartum check up and the doc agreed it was my period.

Now here I am 8 weeks postpartum and I am bleeding again!! Wearing a pad, deep red blood, and cramping 😩

Is this something that just happens after giving birth? Or is this worthy of calling my OB?

Side note: I had my tubes removed during my c-section
