Anyone have pain 12 weeks post c section?

I feel like I’m having cramping pain in lower right side. I have had 2 periods since birth but it just feels super sore today internally. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m not sure where you are in your cycle, but I have noticed I have been having some painful cramps with ovulation on my lower right side since my C-section. My doctor said that sometimes this happens in the early recovery months due to inflammation and scar tissue.

I'm 11 week and the cramp is yes still here. Sometimes it's even worse than before. But I guess with all the holding carrying baby, it's kinda expected? Yayy to Csection mama. We are awesome.
