I have been bleeding pink since the 20 it’s. Stop and goes I went to l&d but got no answers they just checked for my baby heart beat I’m so scared of misscarge I’m 20 weeks tomorrow😞🥺 I don’t know if I have an infection it burn to go pee when I do go pee it’s just a little bit

They never took a urine sample? It sounds like a bladder infection

Even though bleeding is a symptom of placenta previa this could be something else and in many cases previa doesn’t show any symptoms. I had previa last pregnancy and I wouldn’t have even known if not for ultrasounds
