Have you ever had external hemorrhoids ? If yes have you treated them and how ? ( non surgical option)
I got them recently and it hurts like hell. Any tips on how to get rid of it ? Pretty sure I got them because of constant constipation.
Any tips will help. I haven’t been to the doctor just. Looking for some things I can do on my own before I go to them
