Help my nerves

I go in tomorrow for my 2nd c section. My first was an emergency c section so I was all drugged up & in & out of it. This time I’m getting a spinal block, I’m still sooo nervous- but only about the spinal block. I have bad anxiety so I feel like it’s gonna freak me out. Any advice? How long after surgery will I be able to feel my body again & will I feel my arms at least? Sorry just scared
