Preeclampsia symptoms

Currently being watched for gestational hypertension/preeclampsia. I had GH with my first but had lots of pre-e symptoms with it. Had to be induced at 37 weeks. Honestly idk if I was borderline or really ended up having pre-e.

So I’m 33 weeks and my BP has been elevated/ high for me at the last 3 dr appts. I’ve always been having symptoms like headache that doesn’t go away with medicine, some blurry vision when I have a bad headache. But now I’m experiencing some chest pain and upper abdominal pain. Both pain comes and goes - is it possible for it to come and go or does it have to be constant? Also I’ve noticed little bit of swelling in my feet, which would look normal to anyone else. I have bird feet (lol), so boney. But they’re definitely getting puffy for me. Even my husband has noticed.
