Buying food for family

We got a $200 Sam’s Club gift card as a joint Christmas gift and we want to use it to order food for family. My husband’s cousin and her family are going through a tough financial time right now. Her husband has bad diabetes and kidney disease. He’s waiting to get on dialysis and then to get a new kidney. We found out from her Mom that they don’t have any food in the house. So we’re trying to figure out what we should order as a surprise and send to them (they live on the other side of the country). I know that they get some assistance but it doesn’t help very much. So I was thinking maybe get like the more expensive stuff like meats. It has to be a surprise so I can’t ask them specifics.

What would be good for two adults, a toddler and a teenager.
