How do you track/confirm ovulation?

Question

I only track with opk, and I’ve heard confirmation isn’t guaranteed, I also check my CM a lot. I’ve been reading up on bbt but it just sounds so confusing to me and I feel like it would only frustrate me, and isn’t convenient with my schedule. Is there anything else I can try? 
How many cycles using ONLY opk and conceive? I’m on my 3rd month using them! Baby dust 🤞🏼

I bought Inito and I love it! This was the first full cycle using it. It measures four hormones so that not only can you see you LH surge, but also your progesterone rise after ovulation to confirm it. I love being able to see the numericals, the peace of mind is great.

Hey! I found it all very confusing too. I stuck to the ovulation strips and the clear blue digital ovulation sticks. There so easy to read so there's no confusion atall. They are pricey but I think there worth it ☺️ good luck! X

I only use opks and body cues, when I try tracking bbt my temps are always all over the place and I don’t have a solid enough sleep schedule for it to be accurate🤷🏻‍♀️

I was pregnant after only 3 cycles using OPKs only. They only indicate an LH surge & don’t confirm ovulation, but it’s likely you’ll ovulate 12-36 hours after your first positive OPK. I worked rotating 12 hour shifts so I wasn’t able to do BBT
