Uti feeling but negative uti test. 7-9dpo

Hello ladies I have two period add telling me two different things. 1 says I Ov on the 21st the other say the 23rd.

I bd the 17th,19th,20th,24th and 27th.

We’ll around around the 26th, 27th I started getting these uti symptoms. Well I went to the doctors yesterday the 29th to see if I have a uti. No uti !!!!! My symptoms are urge to pee and little pressure. No burning just uncomfortable.

They also gave me a pregnancy test which was negative. Today I am anywhere from 7-9dpo. Does this sound like a pregnancy symptom?

Went to the bathroom around 4:30 wiped and seen pink spotting.
