Implantation bleeding?

Could this be implantation bleeding or just my cycle starting? I'm 12dpo and had some light pink yesterday following BM then again today just upon wiping. I tested negative today just using the we £1 pack of three tests but I'm sure they all work the same. I have had one hell of a headache I had to go for a nap today to sleep it off. Some light cramping but nothing crazy.
