I'm pretty white, my moms family are native American but I get most of my looks from my dads Irish/Welsh side.
I really want to get my hair permed into 4c or even afro if its possible. Would that be offensive or appropriating?
I've permed it myself but I used aluminum foil as curlers and quite a few curls didn't come out.
