What is this on my tongue please ? ( sorry i know this is the wrong group I will delete it once i have answer thank you)

I have had this on my tongue for the last 2 weeks I was given fluconozole treating it as thrush and it didn’t get rid of it I called back the doctors to say the fluconozole didn’t work had to send photos of my tongue and they gave me another 7 day course of fluconzole to take along side Nystan which also isn’t working I’m on end of day 5 this is being treated as oral thrush but none of it is getting rid of it 😭 I also have a cough with it and coughing up flem too which I keep swallowing back down 🙄

I’m tired of keep calling the doctors for phone call appointments I just want this gone and nothing is working and I just feel like crap

I have dentist on Monday so hoping they will know more but will also call the doctors back just worried as it’s not going
