Implantation bleeding?

Could I have implantation bleeding this early? I used clear blue digital opk but it showed low the day before my ovulation date shown, peak on ovulation date shown, and low the day after, so I’m wondering if it was correct. I also had some cramping the day after ovulation day shown on the calendar but today I am having light pink spotting.

My periods have been pretty regular since I had the IUD a couple of years ago and I have not had any spotting in between cycles since then either. There was nothing on my underwear, just the light pink when I wiped. I didn’t take a picture of it but I can if it helps. What do you think? Could it be implantation bleeding?
