How long till the possibility of pregnancy?

My fiancé and I have made the decision that we are ready to start trying for kids, which prompted me to stop my birth control treatment; the Depo-Provera birth control shot. I had been taking it since I was 17, now 21 almost 22 and had my last injection on October 28, 2022. If anyone else was on the Depo-Provera as birth control before deciding to conceive, how long was it before you saw a change or saw any results? And are there any vitamins or supplements I can take to help rebalance my hormones and help the conceiving process?

I’m not sure if Depo was the reason, but I was on it two different times with a year break in between. The last time I was on it was for two years. I quit in December of 2019 because we decided to start trying, and we just got our first positive in September of 2022. My period came back pretty fast, but I was having unexplained anovulatory cycles for a while, which I think added to the length of time it took to conceive.

I was on depo for a few months & wound up pregnant in that same year , but depo has been said to cause infertility if used for years . but I believe if you track your cycle and ovulation then everything will be okay .
