Medium Rare steak
Hi everyone. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and my husband made steak and potatoes for dinner. The steak reached 160-170 degrees but it was pretty pink and I ate it, because I just completely forgot the rules on what I can and can’t eat. About 2 hours later, it kind of hit me so I googled it and it said steak was a hard no!!? I’m really freaking out. Should I call my OB first thing in the morning?
We went in on a cow with my brother in law so it wasn’t a store bought steak if that makes a difference.
